Tender summary

The Government intends to award an unrestricted, competitive Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) for construction services within the NAVFAC PWD Camp Lemonnier geographic area and US Government controlled sites in Somalia. The work primarily consists of renovation, repair, maintenance, replacement, alteration, and demolition projects. These tasks will frequently involve specialty trades, including electrical, mechanical, painting, paving, flooring, roofing, structural repair, fencing, HVAC, and fire suppression/protection systems.The resulting contract is limited to a maximum duration of 66 months--consisting of one 12-month baseperiod, four 12-month option periods, and a potential six-month extension under FAR 52.217-8--or a totalmaximum value of $75,000,000, whichever occurs first. The guaranteed minimum for the life of thiscontract is $5,000.
