Amendment The amendment refers to adding the updated version of the QA, adding the technical specification related to the clarification for asphalt, and two corrections. The first correction concerns a typing error in the description of the Bid Security form, item 19, where it previously stated “30” in words but “90” in numbers, which has now been corrected. The second change is on page 22, highlighted in yellow, where a more precise formulation has been added.
