In addition, the required managed services should include the comprehensive provisioning and maintenance of all necessary assets, such as hardware, software, licensing, and all relevant design, logistics, field maintenance, and systems engineering services. The primary objective is to ensure seamless, adaptive, and efficient storage management that provides the Government with the flexibility needed to satisfy requirements for security, availability, scalability, and the modernization of its storage infrastructure. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
