Salient Characteristics Dimensions: Minimum 15’x15’ to Maximum 16’x16’. Construction: Marine-grade aluminum or galvanized steel frame with encapsulated foam flotation. Decking: Non-slip composite (light grey or cedar tone) with black dock edging. Safety Features: 4-to-5 step detachable swim ladder; flush coupling systems with rubber covers (if delivered in sections). Anchoring: Flexible chain/fastener system for rocky/sand bottom (approx. 30ft depth) capable of withstanding peak wind events. Lighting: Solar-powered LED lights on each corner. Freeboard: 12” to 18” under dead load. Period of Performance Estimated Start: April 2026 Completion Date: No later than September 1, 2026. Coordination: Installation must be coordinated with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to align with optimal water levels.
