The 502d Air Base Wing Command Post (502d ABW/CP) has a requirement to upgrade their voice dispatch system from a Siemens brand to Mitel’s Unify Openscape Voice dispatch system at JBSA Lackland, TX and JBSA Ft Sam Houston TX. This requirement is currently ongoing at JBSA Lackland, TX. This requirement includes the contractor to have the clearance and ability to provide, install and bring online joint connectivity into AFNET across JBSA, TX and maintain compliance within AFMAN 10-207.
