As part of the repurposing viability study and development of the inspection programme, in-line inspection should be carried out in order to:Detect girth weld linear anomalies Detect axial linear indications, spiral weld anomalies*Detect axial cracking thin the pipe body and longitudinal seam weld Facilitate dent strain and fatigue assessment of dents and confirm the absence of any new dents Facilitate bending strain and pipeline movement analyses Detect GW misalignment.Confirm extents of internal and external corrosion*Identify pipe grades and batches to enable correlation to physical testing results and minimisation of sampling requirements
