Summary
Le projet consiste à la rénovation de l'enveloppe thermique des tours Nuages à Nanterre pour obtenir une performance thermique BBC Effinergie Rénovation. Les travaux concernent notamment : - L'isolation par l'extérieur sur les parois existantes en béton revêtues de mosaïques avec présence d'amiante. - Remplacement des menuiseries en simple vitrage par des menuiseries double vitrage sur pivots avec rupture thermique ; - Bardage métallique : la peau inox est réalisée à partir d'un appareillage livre d'éléments inox et de variations de couleurs qui, combinés, apportent la signature du projet architectural et au projet artistique. - Isolation et réfection d'étanchéité des toitures-terrasses La passation du futur marché de travaux sera réalisée avec avis technique expérimental (ATEX).
