This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 36, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and no other written solicitation will be issued. Instructions to offerors, (FAR Part 36) evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. This solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Contract award method will be the lowest price, technically acceptable. The U.S. Coast Guard Contractor shall repair of the pier fendering and bracing system at Building 3760, Station Pensacola, in Pensacola, FL. The scope includes the removal of damaged components, disposal of waste materials, and the installation of new, specified materials.
