The 633d Contracting Squadron has a need for contractor services to conduct a comprehensive Hazardous Material (HAZMAT, asbestos and lead based paint) survey of Dodd Hall, Facility 448 at JBLE-Langley, Virginia. The U.S. Government requires an assessment to determine the scope and cost of asbestos and lead-based paint remediation before the facility is demolished. All findings are the exclusive property of the government and shall not be shared with the demolition bidders without explicit authorization by the contracting officer.
