This is a non-critical safety item. There is no DMWR for this effort. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Currently, no other sources are authorized to access the technical data package for this requirement. Therefore, no other sources can compete for this award.
