Summary

Elia Group intends to ensure the continuous supply of profiled rail systems (climbing systems) for overhead line towers, taking into account DIN EN 50341-2-4 (September 2019) and the German BGI/GUV-I 5148. The overhead line towers are mainly steel lattice constructions with a voltage level of 380 kV. The rail system is intended for new and existing towers with a height of approx. 50 to 100 m. Estimated quantities for the framework agreement term are 4159 climbing systems (maximum 8318 climbing systems); however, there is no volume commitment. Further information can be found in tender package Annex B1 "Draft of Framework Agreement".
