The project shall consist of removing culverts, install new culverts, construct spec ditches, construct lead off ditches, grade road, and construct head walls as specified in plans. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, supplies (unless otherwise designated), permits, licenses and incidentals necessary to perform the required services on the Monongahela National Forest. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
