This amendment is open only to the offerors that provided a proposal under SPE60525R0221. The purpose of this Amendment 0012 is for the following reasons: 1.DLA Energy received three (3)-line items for TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS): 324110 Small Business Size Standard: 1500 employees or refining no more than200,000 barrels per calendar day. This is for SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS(SDVOSB) set aside only.
