No.: ET-RSIDP-527869-GO-RFB The Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Express way development Support of Component C Road Safety and Institutional Development Support Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Desktop Computers to support the national roll-out of the Road Accident Data Management System (RADMS). List of Goods and Delivery Schedule The Ministry of Transport and Logistics now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Procurement of Desktop computers. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits &Grants by World Bank Borrowers as January, 2011, revised July 2014 (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) and purchase the bidding document from the PIU at the Ministry’s building 2nd floor, RSIDP-PIU office room during office hours from 08:30 A.M.to12:30 PM noon and from 01:30 PM to 05:30 P.M. after noon from Monday to Thursday and from 08:30 A.M.to 11:30 AM and from 01:30PM to 05:30 P.M. afternoon on Fridays at the address given below. A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of relevant business license and Personal ID card or delegation document issued by the owner of the company to the Finance Executive and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 300.00 or its equivalent in easily convertible currency. The method of payment will be in Cash with the Ministry’s CBE Acct No. 1000000984365. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 5th March 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ and designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below at 10:30 A.M. on 5th March 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 500,000.00 in the form of Bank Guarantee or CPO, and the bid security shall be valid for 60 calendar days.
