À la suite de la déclaration d'infructuosité des lots n°2 et n°5 lors de la procédure initiale, la présente consultation a pour objet de relancer la procédure de délégation de service public exclusivement pour ces deux lots, dans les conditions définies au présent règlement. Les lots de plage mis en concurrence sont situés sur la plage artificielle de Carnolès : - Lot n°2 : zone Est, avenue Robert Schumann - Lot n°5 : zone Ouest, promenade du Cap Martin, épi n°1
