This requirement is restricted as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this project is 561730 – Landscaping Services and the Small Business Size Standard is $9.5 Million. This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and in conjunction with FAR Part 15. Vendors shall meet at the administration building and must arrive on time. Vendors are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit to ensure a full understanding of the requirements. No additional or repeat site visits will be scheduled. SAM Registration: Only proposals submitted by vendors that are actively registered in SAM.gov at the time of proposal submission and award will be considered. Proposals from vendors that are not actively registered in SAM.gov will be rejected as non-responsive.
