(X. 30.) Korm. rendelet 46. § (3) bekezdésében foglaltak alapján Ajánlatkérő elfogadja a közbeszerzési műszaki leírásban (ártáblázatokban) meghatározott gyártmányú, eredetű, típusú termékek tekintetében az ezekkel egyenértékű termékeket is.
