Introduction Country: Ukraine Project Name: Green Energy Recovery Programme Title of assignment: District Heating Expert Duty Station: Ukraine, home-based. Period of assignment/services : up to 12 months The main objective of the assignment is to strengthen the institutional capacity of the Parliamentary Committee on Energy and Utilities in preparing and overseeing legislation related to the restoration and development of Ukraine’s district heating sector, and to support its initiatives aimed at decarbonization and increasing energy efficiency of the district heating, improving possibilities for private investments to the sector to ensure reliable, sustainable and affordable district heating supply.
