The contractor will provide advisory services to CER management and act as the chief employer negotiator on behalf of the CER in negotiations with PIPSC for a new collective agreement. The contractor will deliver expert advice and consulting services on all aspects of collective bargaining, including negotiation strategy, mandate development, dispute resolution, and representation of the CER throughout the bargaining process.
