ARC håndterer affaldet fra 5 ejerkommuner – Dragør, Frederiksberg, Hvidovre, Køben-havn. ARC driver genbrugspladser og nærgenbrugsstationer, hvor borgere og virksomheder kan sortere og aflevere affald og ARC står desuden for Affaldsindsamlingen i Tårnby, Dragør og København. TDA (Tårnby Dragør Affaldsindsamling) tilgår denne aftale 1. januar 2027 Der er lejlighedsvist behov for ekstra kapacitet til transportopgaverne og ARC ønsker derfor tilbud på en række transport ydelser til supplement af egen transport afdeling, som er nærmere beskrevet nedenfor.
