Summary
L'accord-cadre a pour objet, la mission de maitrise d'oeuvre pour des opérations d'amélioration, de réutilisation, de réhabilitation et de petite extension du patrimoine existant (< 150 M2). La forme retenue pour l'exécution du contrat est à marchés subséquents sans minimum et avec maximum en application des articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° et R2162-7 à R2162-10 du Code de la commande publique. Le montant maximum pour toute la durée est de 750 000 euro(s) HT. Le groupement devra comporter les compétences suivantes : - Architecte DE-HMNOP ou DPLG - Architecte du patrimoine - Economiste de la construction tout corps d'état (TCE) - Bureau d'étude Fluide (CVC - Courant fort/courant faible) - Bureau d'étude structure - Ordonnancement et pilotage de chantier (OPC) - Acousticien La prestation est réservée à la profession d'architecte
