Summary
The HUS Group (hereinafter referred to as HUS) requests tenders for Intraoperative nerve stimulator for peripheral nerve surgery. The products are described in Annex 1. Products and prices HUS 249-2025. The subject matter of the procurement also includes additional products related to the products tendered, such as additional sizes and accessories, which are indicated Annex 1. Products and prices HUS 249-2025. In addition, during the contract period, products belonging to the product groups that are the subject of the contract, may be acquired in accordance with the estimated value of the contract, also when they are not specified in the product annex (please see draft agreement). This constitutes a single procurement, as the procurement concerns one product/product group. The tenderers may leave a tender to Annex 1. Products and prices HUS 249-2025. Tenderers must submit their tenders in accordance with the instructions provided in the annex, and all products subject to comparison, or the product subject to comparison, must be offered. It is not permitted to submit a tender for additional products only. This is a joint procurement of several contracting entities, which is carried out as a joint procurement. The products requested in this invitation to tender will be used by: HUS Group (HUS) and Päijät-Häme Welfare Area. See Annex 9 (Agreement) of the call for tenders for details. The total estimated value of the procurement (VAT 0%) is approximately EUR 100 000. This is an estimate and the contracting entity does not commit neither to the stated euro amounts and nor the consumption figures indicated in the invitation to tender. The final order quantities may be higher or lower than stated. The HUS Group’s share of the procurement is approximately 65%. The Päijät-Häme share of the procurement is approximately 35%. The agreement shall be valid for a fixed term of four (4) years and thereafter until terminated.
