Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi pyytää antamaan tarjouksen Kuhasalontie 18, Joensuu sijaitsevan teollisuuskiinteistön laajennuksen RAU-suunnittelusta tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Tarjous on sitova ja se tulee laatia suomen kielellä. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen. Hankinnan tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaistenantamat määräykset mm. rakenteen, varusteiden, työ- ja paloturvallisuuden sekä sähköturvallisuuden osalta.
