Tender summary
The Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine Phase 2 (Project) is a multi-year, multi-donor funded programme managed by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). The services to be procured under this ITT are required for the Project's implementation are further explained under Volume 3 Terms of Reference. Tenderers are responsible for ensuring that their offers are received by Chemonics UK in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions described in this ITT.
