Le présent marché concerne la fourniture des produits d'entretien et d'équipements de nettoyage pour la totalité des locaux du Département des Pyrénées-Orientales , de la Direction Éducation Jeunesse et Sport (D.E.J.S.) et de l'I.D.E.A. La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande avec un seuil minimum et un seuil maximum par lot. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée.
