(3) Price quotes will be due on the closing date of subject RFQ and must be held firm for thirty (30) days (4) Quoters shall submit any terms and conditions, licensing agreements, terms of service, or any other documents that are required for the requirements in the solicitation to be met with the quote. QUOTE CONTENT: The quote should contain the following items in addition to other information required by this solicitation. The quote should indicate the following: • Solicitation Number • Name and Address of Quoter, and Cage Code • Point of Contact name, telephone number, and email address • Quote valid of 30 days following the solicitation closing date • Any terms and conditions, licensing agreements, terms of service, etc • Country of Origin for all supplies • Brand name items • Lead time The site visit will be held Wednesday, 28 January 2026 at 12:00 PM eastern time. The purpose of the Site Visit is for interested vendors to familiarize themselves with the tasks at hand, verify space and logistics, and to ensure complete understanding of the requirement by all parties.
