Die Dachabdichtung ist dauerhaft, windsogsicher und gegen Flugfeuer und strahlende Wärme gemäß DIN 4102-7 (harte Bedachung) auszuführen. Gefordert wird eine Garantie von 10 Jahren. Provisorische Abdeckungen und Einrichtungen zur Regenwasserableitung während der Bauzeit sind herzustellen, vorzuhalten und zu entfernen.
