Perkantysis subjektas numato įsigyti ekskavatorinį krautuvą lizingo būdu. Prekė perkama lizingo būdu 60 mėnesių laikotarpiui. Pradinė įmoka ne didesnė nei 10 (dešimt) proc. Prekės kainos (jeigu tiekėjo nurodytas pradinis įnašas bus didesnis nei 10 proc. prekės kainos, pasiūlymas neatitiks pirkimo dokumentų reikalavimų ir bus atmestas). Tiekėjo siūloma banko marža (fiksuota palūkanų marža) ir administraciniai mokesčiai turi būti fiksuoti visam laikotarpiui. Sutarties galiojimo laikotarpiu kis tik 3 mėn. EURIBOR (kintamoji bazinė palūkanų norma).
