Tender summary

The competition is for a framework agreement for consultancy services to assist the Norwegian Institute of Marine Research with performance management, financial, accounts and financial system changes. The framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer. We would like tenderers to offer four consultants who, in total, cover the four main disciplines: (1) performance management, (2) finances, (3) accounts, and (4) financial system changes. The consultants will cooperate closely with the professional community at HI. 'Financial system changes' means financial assistance with the migration, implementation and operation of finance systems. If otherwise agreed, the consultants shall as a main rule have a place of work in the contracting authority ́s premises in Nordnesgaten 50, 5005 Bergen. However, some call-offs can be waived if the situation warrants this, e.g. where an assignment is of a minor extent. The maximum value for this framework agreement is NOK 15,000,000 excluding VAT. The contract shall have a duration of one year, with an option for an extension for 1+1+1 year (option). The total length can then be 4 years.
