This bid solicitation is Phase One of a two-phase procurement process: A) Phase 1: Evaluation of the qualifications of all interested suppliers. B) Phase 2: Only suppliers deemed qualified in Phase 1 will be invited to submit a financial bid based on the project specifications and drawings. Correctional Service Canada requires the complete provision of labour, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to upgrade the Building Management System, in addition to the replacement of the boiler plant at the Main Lodge (Building 8) at the Okimaw Ohci Healing Lodge (OOHL). OOHL is a minimum-security facility owned and operated by Correctional Service Canada, located approximately 30 km south of Maple Creek, Saskatchewan.
