Payment method: EFT - Electronic Funds Transfer - Net 30 days after the delivery of vehicle. Important Note: The government will not handle any import procedures for the vehicle. Interested parties must have an active SAM registration and provide their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) along with their expression of interest. The State Department plans to award a Purchase Order. You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. You are also cautioned against any collusion with other potential offerors with regard to price quotations.
