The offeror is strictly limited to the following eligible contractors under MATOC numbers: W91QVN-24-D-0023, -0024, -0025, -0026, -0028, -0030, -0031, -0033, -0035, -0036, -0038, -0080, -0083, and -0109.Project Requirements The Government intends to award task orders for three (3) distinct projects: CLIN 0001 (Project SMYU 26-1056): Upgrade Electrical Infrastructure, B1173 CLIN 0002 (Project SMYU 25-1054): Repair East Electrical Overhead Lines for P Feeder CLIN 0003 (Project SMYU 26-1043): Repair Gutter and Downspout, Multi-Facility CLIN 0004 (Project SMYU 24-4004): REPAIR LEAKY ROOFS FOR GOQ AND SOQ (B1070, 1080, and 1081), Osan AB ? ADDED 3 FEB 2026 Submission and Evaluation Strategy Fair Opportunity: This requirement is issued pursuant to FAR Subpart 16.505. Flexible Participation: Contractors may submit proposals for one, two, or all three projects. Individual Proposal Requirements: A separate and complete proposal package must be submitted for each specific project. Independent Evaluation: Each proposal will be evaluated independently. Contractors are eligible to be awarded multiple projects. Initial Proposals: The Government anticipates making awards based on initial proposals without conducting exchanges. Offerors are encouraged to submit their best terms immediately. The Government reserves the right to conduct exchanges if deemed necessary.
