Updated 02/02/2026 The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration intends to issue a solicitation entitled, “Alabama National Cemetery Gravesite Expansion Phase 3” at Alabama National Cemetery, on or about February 11th, 2026, unless additional notice is given, or this notice is modified or cancelled. The full solicitation, specifications, and drawings will be posted on Federal Contract Opportunities at sam.gov. Proposals will be due 30 calendar days after the solicitation is published.
