Tender summary
Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. This procurement is limited to offers from Indigenous businesses, see SI 01. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) intends to engage a General Contractor to provide all labour, materials, equipment, and supervision required for the construction and installation of new fire alarm strobe lights at Correctional Service Canada (CSC) facilities in Manitoba, including multiple buildings at Stony Mountain Institution. The Contractor’s scope will include installing strobe devices and associated conduit and wiring, integrating with existing fire alarm systems, making good all affected finishes, and completing testing and/or verification, turnover documentation, and warranty services in accordance with the contract documents. All work must be planned and executed within an active correctional environment, in compliance with security, access, and phasing requirements, and with appropriate procedures for working in areas where hazardous materials may be present. See specifications and drawings for further details on the requirement for this project. There will be an optional site visit on February 4, 2026 at 10AM CST. Interested bidders are to meet at Building C17, Construction Office at CSC’s Stony Mountain Institution.
