The Contract will include: • Mosgiel microsimulation model update to reflect updated mode share, work from home and known land use change. • Investment case which determines the preferred option for optimisation improvements at and between key intersections (SH1 offramp to SH87/Haggart Alexander Drive intersection and SH1 Riccarton Road intersection). • Determination of potential feasible long-term solutions, identification of the emerging preferred option and determination of triggers for when investment may be required.
