Tender summary
RFx ID: 33388525 Organisation: Department of Conservation Open date: Thursday, 29 January 2026 3:30 PM +13:00 Close date: Wednesday, 4 March 2026 12:00 PM +13:00 Categories: 51000000 - Drugs and Pharmaceutical Products 85000000 - Healthcare Services Region: Auckland Bay of Plenty Canterbury Chatham Islands Gisborne Hawke's Bay Manawatu-Wanganui Marlborough Nelson Northland Otago Southland Taranaki Tasman Waikato Wellington West Coast Overview: The Department of Conservation (DOC) is seeking quotes from New Zealand‑based suppliers to provide influenza (flu) vaccination vouchers for staff. The service will ensure staff across the country, including those in regional locations, can easily access flu vaccinations during the annual influenza season. While DOC’s preferred approach is a voucher‑based model, suppliers are also asked to provide pricing for optional on‑site nurse visits for locations that may require them. This procurement supports DOC’s ongoing commitment to staff health, safety, and wellbeing, helping reduce the risk of influenza transmission across diverse and often physically demanding work environments. DOC requires a supplier that can offer nationwide voucher acceptance, efficient online administration, clear monthly reporting and consolidated invoicing, and the capability to deliver on‑site vaccinations if needed. An estimated 900–1,000 vouchers will be required each year. The contract is expected to begin on 1 April 2026, with an initial two‑year term and two optional one‑year renewals (up to four years in total).
