Specifikace požadovaného léčivého přípravku je uvedena v ZD a ve formuláři cenové nabídky, který je přílohou č. 2 této ZD. Průběžné dodávky léčivých přípravků budou uskutečňovány na základě dílčích objednávek vystavovaných dle aktuálních potřeb zadavatele po dobu dvou let ode dne nabytí účinnosti Kupní smlouvy
