Update 5: Proposal due date has been extended to January 30, 2026 by 12:00PM EST. No other changes to the solicitation have been at this time. Updated 4: Due date for proposals has been extended to January 2, 2026 by 12:00PM EST. Amendment 2 to the solicitation is posted with the updated Due Date. The Supplemental Q&A for the additional questions that were received in response to Amendment 1 is now posted. Update 3: Amendment 1 to the solicitation is now posted along with responses to the questions that were received before the deadline. The solicitation was updated to now included Attachement 3 - Technical Acceptability Matrix that must be completed and submitted by the offeror. The Due Date for proposals remain December 4, 2025. The government is still working to address questions that were received prior to the deadline and to amend the solicitation.
