Appel d'offres ouvert passé en application des articles R. 2124-1 à R. 2124-2. 1° du CCP. La technique d'achat utilisée sera celle de l'accord cadre à bons de commandes. Le marché sera conclu sous la forme d'un marché mono-attributaire à bons de commande conformément aux articles R . 2162-1. à R. 2162-6. - R. 2162-13. et R. 2162-14. du CCP. Les prestations sont susceptibles de varier dans les limites suivantes : Montant minimum annuel : 10 000 euro(s) HT Montant maximum annuel : 350 000 euro(s) HT Le financement des travaux est assuré par le budget départemental
