Tender summary

The subject-matter of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a real-time computer simulator of a nuclear power plant with a PWR reactor type with four steam generators with an electrical output of more than 1000 MWe, including: 1) delivery of functional software for simulating the operation of a nuclear power plant; 2) delivery of IT infrastructure (“Equipment”): 1 server, 1 Instructor station, 3 Training stations, a projector and a printer including installation, configuration and launch; 3) training in the use of simulation equipment and software, including the required materials and documentation; 4) a minimum 12-month guarantee; 5) hardware and technical support for 12 months; 6) a licence to use and apply the simulator software for an unlimited period of time and ownership of the media on which it is recorded; 7) after-sales service for a period of 24 months from the end of the warranty. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract (DDSC) is included in Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference (ToR). Terms and conditions of the execution of the subject-matter of the contract are specified in Annex No. 2 to ToR - Draft Agreement Provisions.
