Summary
Il s'agit d'un marché global de performance conformément à l'article L2171-3 du code de la commande publique. La consultation sera gérée via un marché de maintenance incluant P1 (fourniture d'énergie), P2 (maintenance préventive et curative) et P3 (garantie totale des équipements) ainsi qu'une partie travaux significative (visant à adapter et optimiser les installations). La procédure se déroule en deux phases successives : - Phase candidature : sélection des candidats admis à remettre une offre ; - Phase offres avec négociation : remise des offres initiales, négociations, puis remise d'offres finales. Suite à la première phase relative au choix des candidatures, le Pouvoir Adjudicateur admettra au minimum 3 candidats à poursuivre les négociations, sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant de candidats ayant présenté une candidature recevable
