Introduction ANÚNCIO DE CONCURSO para Contratação de Serviço de Vigilância e Segurança O PNUD, em nome das Agências da ONU em Cabo Verde faz saber que se encontra aberto o Concurso, em regime de Long Term Agreement - LTA (acordo a longo prazo - 3 anos), destinado à: •Seleção e contratação de uma empresa nacional para prestação de Serviços Privados de Segurança Desarmada (UPSS) para o Sistema das Nações Unidas em Cabo Verde. Ficam desde já convidada as empresas interessadas para participarem na reunião prévia à apresentação de propostas ( Pre Bid Meeting ) a ter lugar às 11h do próximo dia 23 de janeiro de 2026 . Por favor, note que este processo de concurso está a ser conduzido através do novo sistema de concursos online do PNUD (Quantum). As empresas que queiram apresentar uma proposta devem submetê-lo diretamente no sistema, de acordo com as orientações no RFQ e seguindo as instruções do guia de utilizador: O PNUD reserva-se o direito de anular o concurso, caso as propostas concorrentes não apresentarem as condições mínimas estipuladas no caderno de encargos.
