Summary
The Client seeks the execution of the Works described below to improve the transport and operational conditions of a section of the public road of national importance M-06 Kyiv-Chop, (to Budapest passing through Lviv, Mukachevo and Uzhhorod) km 546+437, Lviv Region. The objective of the Project is to enhance transport and operational conditions of the road. To achieve this, the Client intends to construct a new overpass at the intersection with the railway and an underground pedestrian crossing. The Project will upgrade the technical parameters of the designed road section and overpass from category II to category I-b, thereby improving road safety and supporting climate adaptation goals. The construction of an underground pedestrian crossing at km 547+250.00 is expected to significantly enhance pedestrian safety. At the same time, the existing overpass at the railway intersection will be dismantled.
