Le marché qui sera conclu à la suite de la procédure engagée aura pour objet la création d'une bretelle de sortie depuis la RN1013 située sur le parc d'activités Long Buisson 3. La création de cette zone d'activités permet de répondre aux besoins en foncier économique. Ce projet permet d'intégrer les tissus urbains existants au travers d'implantations de programmes mixtes et notamment par la création d'un complexe aquatique. La création de la bretelle permet un accès direct au site, depuis la RN1013, et participe ainsi à la gestion de distribution des flux du site.
