Description of the Requirement: This requirement pertains to the provision of professional Technical Architect services to acquire two (2) resources to support the implementation of a federated data catalogue for DND/CAF, leveraging IBM Cloud Pak for Data and Watson Knowledge Catalog. The work will provide a secure foundation for data tagging, cataloguing, and governance, unlocking operational and institutional data to support mission-critical decision-making.
