This project is part of our broader commitment to the safety, resilience, and longevity of our built assets in line with current seismic performance standards and regulatory requirements. The scope of work includes structural upgrades to improve the affected building’s seismic rating, with a focus on minimising disruption to ongoing operations and ensuring compliance with relevant codes. The successful Respondent will demonstrate proven capability in seismic strengthening projects, including design coordination, construction methodology and stakeholder engagement.
