Tender summary
Due to increasing possibilities and complexity of analytical methods for forensic toxicology and ever increasing demand for faster report on results, the NFI requires more structured purchase of licensed certified reference material (CRM). The NFI is ISO17025 accredited. Ideally, the reference standards are CRM’s that fall under the ISO17025 standards or are reference material produced under ISO17034 standards. The purpose of this European tendering is to conclude a Framework Agreement between NFI and one Contractor for the purchase of licensed certified reference materials for toxicological research. This also supports the ambition to strengthen contract management and maintaining the state-of-the-art status of forensic toxicological research at the NFI with the help of a strategic partner. The assignment concerns the supply of licensed Certified Reference Materials (CRMs): In accordance with ISO 17025 accreditation for toxicological research, including, but not limited to, the 189 substances listed in Price sheet (annex – A); In the form of mixtures, produced under ISO 17034 accreditation; Custom synthesis of new substances; The production and delivery of CRMs from solid materials; Additional administrative services, such as obtaining and supplying the required permits. Parts of this tender have been drawn up in two languages (Dutch and English). For the added tender documents that are drawn up in Dutch, a translation in English is also added. The documents and texts in this tender have been carefully translated from Dutch. Should there nevertheless and unexpectedly be substantive differences between an English document or text and the Dutch original, the Dutch original will prevail at all times. Performed by: IUC-RIVM On the instructions of: Netherlands Forensic Institute (NFI), Division of Special Services and Expertise (BDE), Toxicology (TOX)
