The Contractor must: • Deliver all equipment to the Project Authority by May 8, 2026. • Complete all installation, end user testing and commissioning by May 31, 2026. The period of the Contract is from date of award to March 31, 2031, inclusive with the irrevocable option to extend the Contract by up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions and at the prices, rates, or both stated in the Contract.
