Purpose of this ACAN: Public Services and Procurement Canada proposes to negotiate a contract with University of Toronto on behalf of the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) for the purchase of the COLLECTION AND SHIPPING OF BLOOD/SERUM AND URINE SAMPLES. Limited Tendering Reason: In accordance with Government Contract Regulations (GCRs Part 1 - Conditions of Contract Entry - Bids - 6.(d)) university of Toronto, is the only known supplier for COLLECTION AND SHIPPING OF BLOOD/SERUM AND URINE SAMPLES.
