The Government of Kenya has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Kenya Health Emergency Preparedness Response & Resilience Program and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply, delivery, installation & commissioning of NQCL's 40-User Laboratory 2. The State Department for Medical Services now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply, delivery, installation & commissioning of a 40-User Laboratory, at National Quality Control Laboratory 3. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” September,2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Bids must be delivered to Afya House, Cathedral Road 1st Floor on or before 2nd July,2026 at 11:00 Am . Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below. 7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of KES.500,000(Five Hundred Thousand Shillings Only) as prescribed. 8.
